2. Take the quick-start tour
The first time you open your dashboard, the Quick Start & Tour asks for your store name and your niche: Home & Furniture, Fashion & Apparel, Electronics & Tech, Gardening & Plants, Beauty & Cosmetics, Grocery & Food, Sports & Fitness or General Retail.
Your niche helps Eusta tailor your category preset icons, product structure and customer enquiry options. If you skip the tour, you can reopen it from Tour & Setup at the bottom of the screen.
3. Add your store details and WhatsApp number
Open Settings:
- Under Store Info, add your store name, your WhatsApp Order Number and your store address. Customer enquiries are sent to this number, so double-check it, including the country code.
- Under General, set your contact email, phone number and the currency your prices are shown in: INR, USD, EUR or GBP.
4. Brand your storefront
Open Customization → Branding & Theme. Upload your logo, set your brand name, then start from one of the 12 colour presets or use the colour picker to choose any accent and header colours you like. The Live Storefront Preview updates as you go; select Save Branding & Colors when you're happy. More on customising your store.
5. Create your categories
In Categories, select Add Category for each group of products you sell. Every category has an icon, and customers see your categories as a strip of circles at the top of your store.
6. Add your products
In Products, select Add Product and fill in the name, selling price, stock quantity, category, images and description. The live card preview shows how the product will look in your store. See Add and manage your products for tips.
7. Set up your homepage
In Customization → Homepage Editor, click text to edit it, drag category circles into the order you want and use Change Image to swap banner images. Select Publish & Save Homepage to make your changes live.
Review the highlight badges shown under your products on the homepage, such as delivery or support information, and make sure they match what your business actually offers.
8. Test your store and share it
- Open your live store with the Live Storefront link in Customization.
- Open a product and tap Enquire on WhatsApp to check the message is addressed to your number.
- Share your store link on WhatsApp, on your social profiles and anywhere else you talk to customers.
Test on your phone as well. Many of your customers will browse your store on mobile.
